The Masters Office File Number has a specific format that every Masters Office adheres to. Each File Number must have the prefix of IT or MT depending on the trust type, which is followed by the sequence number (6 digits) then the year of registration and finally the Masters Office Suffix. The Suffix Field will be auto-populated by selecting a Masters Office where the Trust was registered.

Note: If your sequence number is less than 6 digits then please append leading zeros to it to make it 6 digits.
eg: "IT 15/2015 (G)" then make it "IT 000015/2015 (G)"
